His Grace Bishop +LONGIN at the monastery!!!
From October 30th to November 1, 2018, His Grace Bishop +LONGIN, our Bishop visited the area and spent time with us at the monastery. He served Liturgy at the Skete on Wednesday morning for the Holy Apostle and Evangelist Luke. Later that day we visited "Thelma's Kitchen," the new Orthodox pay-as-you-can restaurant in Kansas City, an outreach of Reconciliation Services and St. Mary of Egypt Serbian Orthodox Church.
In addition, Trifun Graic, our friend and garden guide from Serbia, was here since the 29th of October. As always, he gave us valuable advice and was a blessing to be with in prayer.
